Hi,

   I registered two support cases and there was no answer until now. I reported that my alerts are not being generated as it should be. My DNS server became off (for almost two days) and I didn't receive any alerts. Notice: e-mail alerts are sent to an account outside my domains (does not depends on my DNS servers) and that account is working fine.

   Could you please verify and tell me what is going on with DNSstuff support? I am a registered user (payed DNSstuff services).

Thank you for the post; the Support team received your ticket on the 19th and you should already have a reply from today; our engineers are investigating your DNSalert issue at this very moment. You should receive a status update later today.
