MSTC Offer won't complete

I am interested in trying the MSTC, the new email monitoring/testing service, but when I click on the link that is supposed to allow me to order a trial I find that there is no "trial" selection under MSTC.  Heck, I couldn't even order it sight unseen because there is no option to order anything under MSTC.  Is this a bug in my browser (IE6.0) or a problem with the site?

Hi,

Since you are already a subscriber to the Professional Toolset, you have access to MSTC.  MSTC can be purchased as a stand alone product, but we included the functionality to all Professional Toolset Users.  That is the reason you can't trial it.  To access MSTC, you can select from the following:
